Why I'm Still a Christian with Rachael Denhollander

Rachael Denhollander

Rachael Denhollander is an attorney, author, and advocate for sexual abuse survivors. She gained national recognition in 2018 as the first woman to publicly accuse Larry Nassar, the former USA Gymnastics doctor, of sexual abuse, playing a key role in his conviction. A committed Christian, she has been an outspoken critic of how evangelical institutions handle sexual abuse, power dynamics, and justice. Denhollander has worked to reform policies within churches with a focus on emphasizing survivor advocacy and biblical justice. Phil sat down with Rachael to hear her story and find out why, through it all, she is still following Jesus.
