Esau, I love your stuff but something keeps sticking in my throat. Hear me out even though I'm neither black nor American. When Skye says this, it makes me want to shout "NO!" When you said it, it was like a knife in my chest from a direction I didn't expect.
I wish you would interrogate more deeply this statement, that pre-Dobbs, US policy on abortion was more liberal than anywhere in Europe.
