Q. Who can purchase a gift?
A. Fans can gift between 1 month to 1 year of free access to any paid membership tier. They’ll need a Patreon account in order to purchase.
Q. How do I share the gift?
A. After purchasing, fans must send their recipient the gift link. Gifts expire if not claimed in 90 days of purchase.
Q. Who can redeem a gift?
A. Only fans who don’t already have an active paid membership can redeem a gift (including free or churned members). This means existing paid members cannot redeem a gift.
Q. Where can the gift membership be purchased and redeemed?
A. Fans can purchase a gift on desktop, mobile web, or the mobile app (iOS purchases will be subject to Apple App Store fees). Their gift recipients can redeem their gift on desktop or mobile web. Mobile app redemption is not available at this time.
